A few useful details before you choose your shirt.
Complimentary U.S. delivery
We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Delivery is complimentary. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and addresses outside the U.S. are not currently supported.
Each shirt is decorated after you order. Allow approximately 3–9 business days for production and transit after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking is sent by email when available.
Choose your size with care
Because each shirt is decorated to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or colour, a fit preference, or a change of mind. Please consult the size and fit guide before ordering.
If something is wrong
For a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed item, contact hello@visionaries.me within 15 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. Approved claims receive a replacement, or a refund where a replacement is not available, in line with our full policy.
Please do not send a return without written instructions. The fulfilment address on a parcel is not an automatic return authorisation.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Cancellation is only possible before production begins; there is no guaranteed cancellation window.
