Each 100% NATURAL piece is made to order. Please review your size, color, and delivery address carefully before purchasing.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Contact hello@visionaries.me immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We can change or cancel an order only before it enters production. Production can begin shortly after purchase, so no cancellation window is guaranteed. If we successfully cancel before production begins, we will refund the original payment method. If we cannot fulfill your order or cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping date or cancellation for a full refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MATERIALLY MISDESCRIBED ITEMS

Contact hello@visionaries.me within 15 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the full item and the defect or error, and a photograph of the package or shipping label when relevant. This covers manufacturing or decoration defects, damage, an item or variant different from your order confirmation, and products materially different from their description.

For an approved claim, we will normally arrange a replacement at no cost. If a suitable replacement is unavailable or inappropriate, we may issue a full or partial refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER FINAL SALE

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, a customer-selected wrong size or color, normal fit preference, minor screen-to-product color variation, or an incorrect address entered during checkout. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

DO NOT SEND AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN

Never mail an item back without written authorization from us. Do not send a return to the address printed on the parcel or shipping label. Our fulfillment facility does not process consumer returns, and unauthorized parcels sent there may be donated and cannot be recovered. If a physical return is required, we will provide specific instructions and the correct address in writing.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
