These terms apply when you use this store or purchase from 100% NATURAL, operated by Visionaries FZ-LLC.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

PRODUCTS

Our products are made to order. Review the product description, composition, care information, size guide, color, and quantity before purchasing. Screen settings and manufacturing processes can produce minor color or placement variations that are not defects. 100% NATURAL is a brand name. Product composition claims apply only as expressly stated on the relevant product page or label.

ORDERS

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, unavailable production capacity, an invalid delivery address, or inability to fulfill the item. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS

Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations are possible only before production begins and are not guaranteed.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content or services unlawfully.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of an order applies to that purchase unless a mandatory legal requirement provides otherwise.
